General information:

As a rule, you will receive an offer by email within one working day.

The price includes all expenses for collection, professional packaging, shipping and tracking service incl. VAT for shipping to EU countries.

For shipping to countries outside the EU may be additional fees for customs and import sales tax - which are not included in our offer - incurred. Details can be obtained from the customs authorities of the exporting country.

Payment will be made in advance via Visa/Mastercard or standard bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer postage will be made once our account has been credited with the payment.

The delivery by forwarding (pallets / bulky goods) agent is "free curbside".
